Maplewood Redevelopment

The Maplewood Redevelopment Project is located between Mitchell Street and Maple Avenue on East Hill in Ithaca, New York. The 17 acre project replaces an existing apartment complex with approximately 440 units that includes a mix of types including townhomes, 3-4 story apartment buildings, and stacked flats.

The project was built as a collaboraton between EdR and Cornell University. STREAM collaborated with Whitham Planning and Design along with Tori Gallas and Partners and TG Miller Engineers on the final site layout. STREAM was the Landscape Architect of Record and responsible for the final site layout, grading, planting and site details.
