The Lux – 112-114 Summit Ave
This project includes two 4 story buildings that provide needed housing in Collegetown. There are a wide variety of units, from 1- to 5-bedroom, for a total of 207 bedrooms. A gym and south-facing roof terrace on the 4th floor of 232 Dryden are amenities accessible to residents of both buildings. The sub-basement of 236 Dryden provides a bike room with 42 spaces. Summit Ave has been designed to include a curb, parallel parking, sidewalk, and new trees. The connection between Summit Ave and Dryden Road been made into a greenspace and pedestrian link.
