Boathouse Landing
Boathouse Landing at 323 Taughannock Blvd is the first multi-family residence to be constructed on Ithaca’s old Cayuga Inlet, and creates the beginnings of a new neighborhood. This 16-unit building replaces a vacant and dilapidated structure with spacious, energy-efficient, and adaptable rental units aimed at professionals, as well as those needing a live-work space in an urban location within walking distance of downtown amenities. The addition of a public promenade, planted with native species, contributes to Ithaca’s open space inventory.
